Education & Outreach Director

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, a not-for-profit professional theatre located in downtown Washington, DC, seeks a Director of Education and Outreach to manage in-school programs at the high school level, student matinee performances, professional actor training, and partnerships with Universities and museums.

This senior staff position requires significant teaching experience in the arts, demonstrated managerial skill, and graduate degree or equivalent training in the field of arts education.

Patron Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily ticket sales and subscription sales.
• Provide customer service and information.
• Greet and direct visitors
• Provide visitors and callers with necessary information about Woolly season and current promotions
• Understand and implement all box office procedures .
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Professional, friendly phone manner
• Prior experience in ticket sales and customer service
• Acute attention to detail
• Knowledge of ProVenue helpful
• Flexibility and willingness to work at least 18 hours per week, including but not limited to afternoons and weekends
